My therapeutic approach is a collaborative one. At the foundation is respect and appreciation for your unique self as well as my intention to truly understand your experience and goals. With empathy and exploration, I will serve as both your coach and cheerleader as you identify the areas in your life that need either to change or to be built.

I offer individual, consulting/organizational psychology, and workshops. Issues commonly addressed in therapy include depression, anxiety, grief and loss, relationship problems, academic and work-related stressors, bipolar disorder, self-esteem issues, life transitions, isolation, and stressors related to living with a chronic illness.
